Education and Background

Dr. Armstrong graduated from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, OH. Since completing his education, he has remained committed to advancing his knowledge in the fields of general, aesthetic, and surgical dentistry. He also enjoys exploring the fields of orthodontics, endodontics, and practice management.

Although Dr. Armstrong is a native of Bozeman, MT, he finds Chattanooga, TN, strikingly similar to his hometown due to its serenity, abundance of outdoor activities, and sense of community. Having felt a warm Southern welcome to his new home, he proudly provides patients of Chattanooga, TN, and surrounding communities with personable and quality dental care.

Expertise

Dr. Armstrong is highly skilled in several different areas of dentistry. Understanding that many have the fear of the dentist, Dr. Armstrong is trained in sedation dentistry to make the experience comfortable. Rather than limiting his services to only general dentistry, he has also gained experience in helping our patients find relief from the symptoms of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder, administering BOTOX® injections as a cosmetic and medical treatment, and developing complex restorative treatment plans to repair a damaged smile. This comprehensive range of services allows us to provide safe and effective dental care for your entire family. During a personal consultation, Dr. Armstrong will review your unique concerns and characteristics to develop a treatment plan that is customized for your needs.
